Battery tests are conducted over seven dimensions of safety, covering internal and external short circuits, overcharging, collisions, high voltage, connections, and harmful gases. The safety assessment is performed from five perspectives: electrical safety, mechanical safety, thermal safety, environmental reliability, and gas flammability. A comprehensive safety system for power batteries is built across four levels: cell, module, battery pack, and system. Based on complex working conditions and the full life cycle, our safety testing goes above and beyond the current national standard requirements.
