These are brand new, unused lithium JH3 64Ah battery modules that are the latest high power, high density cells to come to market. The modules are 7S for 23.1-29.4 volt operation, and this is our new best battery available for high power systems such as the Tesla drive. In bench testing we were able to hold over 500A of output for 2 minutes per cell, and coming in at a staggeringly light 11.5 pounds per kWh! We have not seen a cell like this on the market, so we had to call them Super Cells, as this is the solution many custom and high power builds have been looking for. You no longer have to sacrifice a high battery weight for a high performance system.
The advantages of LG pouch cell:
1、Safety: Soft-pack batteries are encapsulated with aluminum-plastic film. Compared with steel or aluminum shell batteries, they have more advantages in structural strength and explosion-proof performance, reducing the risk of explosion.
2、Light weight : 40% lighter than steel shell batteries of the same capacity and 20% lighter than aluminum shell batteries.
3、 High capacity : The capacity is 10% to 15% higher than that of steel shell batteries and 5% to 10% higher than that of aluminum shell batteries.
4、Design flexibility: The aluminum-plastic film material can be flexibly customized in shape to meet the needs of different equipment, especially suitable for application scenarios with limited space.
5、Internal resistance and efficiency: The internal resistance is relatively low (domestic pouch batteries can be as low as below 35mΩ), reducing their own power consumption and enhancing the overall efficiency of the system.
