The 2.0 version of the Fortress Off-road Battery also enhances its impact resistance through a double-layer protection structure. The bottom impact resistance is six times the national standard (1000J), and the torsional stiffness is more than three times the industry average (breaking through 30,000 Nm/deg).
3. Structure and Materials:
The pouch cell adopts a three-dimensional architecture design of four layers horizontally and eight layers vertically, equipped with a bottom-level active early warning function. Combined with composite separators and thermal composite flying stack technology, it ensures energy density while enhancing safety redundancy.
4. Cost and Performance:
