For commercial vehicles (such as heavy trucks), the energy density exceeds 210Wh/kg, supporting a range of 500-600km.
Fast charging performance:It supports 10% to 80% battery replenishment within 18 minutes. The commercial vehicle system has 2C fast charging capability (complete charging within 18 minutes), effectively alleviating the problem of waiting for charging.
Low-temperature adaptability:It can still operate stably in an environment of -35℃. The commercial vehicle battery system supports cold start at -30℃ and has passed the needle-puncture test without thermal spread, demonstrating outstanding safety.
Structural innovation:The unique “Ask the top” technology enhances space utilization by optimizing the TAB design, achieving a volumetric energy density of 450Wh/L (industry-leading level), and reducing internal resistance and heat generation.
Low maintenance cost:The commercial vehicle battery adopts a single-cell replaceable design, reducing after-sales maintenance costs, and is also equipped with an active safety monitoring function.
