In terms of safety technology innovation, the bidirectional pressure relief explosion-proof valve independently developed by DFD has become a highlight of the industry. Compared with the traditional one-way pressure relief valve, the bidirectional pressure relief explosion-proof valve has higher flexibility and adaptability. It can open different pressure relief valves according to the different internal pressure of the battery to release the pressure in time to balance the internal and external pressure difference and achieve double protection. These additives not only optimize the crystal structure and electrical conductivity of the battery material, but also significantly enhance the self-protection ability of the battery under extreme conditions.

In the battery material, the anionic unsaturated additive interacts chemically with the active substance in the battery, thereby increasing the energy density of the material. At the same time, it can also improve the conductivity and ion mobility of the battery, reduce the internal resistance of the battery, and further improve the output power and cycle stability of the battery.

A new flame retardant additive containing fluorine functional group was introduced into the battery electrolyte. It can respond quickly when the thermal runaway occurs inside the battery, effectively capture the hydrogen and oxygen free radicals generated in the thermal runaway, so as to effectively inhibit the spread of the flame and the sharp rise in temperature, greatly reducing the risk of fire and explosion of the battery. In addition, the additive can also work synergistically with other components in the electrolyte to improve the overall electrochemical performance of the battery and extend the service life of the battery.

In the negative electrode material of the battery, the carefully designed negative fast ion conductor additive can promote the rapid migration and diffusion of lithium ions at low temperatures. By optimizing the microstructure and conductive network of the anode material, the anode fast ion conductor additive significantly improves the charge and discharge efficiency of the battery at low temperature, thereby effectively alleviating the capacity attenuation problem caused by low temperature.

Although the traditional two-side bus design in battery production is mature, it has certain limitations in cost and efficiency. The innovative use of single-side junction design not only reduces the production cost of the battery, but also optimizes the spatial layout of the battery pack, improves the simplicity of the module structure and assembly efficiency, and makes the battery reach a new height in terms of cost control and performance optimization.
